Warranty Policy

At Two2Brew, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. Since we represent multiple manufacturers and brands, warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand and product purchased.

1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Two2Brew are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty terms (coverage period, parts and/or labour included, and exclusions) are determined by the manufacturer and may differ from brand to brand.

Two2Brew does not alter or extend the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified as an Ex Demo.

2. Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

Two2Brew will assist customers by supplying warranty and shipping instructions.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

Warranty coverage does NOT apply to:

  • Products that are not purchased through Two2Brew
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
  • Consumable parts (e.g., gaskets, seals, filters, grinder burrs, glassware, etc.), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
  • Products altered or repaired by unauthorized service providers.

4. Service and Repairs

  • For warranty repairs, customers may be required to ship the product directly to the Two2Brew or an authorized service center.
  • Shipping costs to and from the service center are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Out-of-warranty service may be available through Two2Brew or authorized repair partners at the customer’s expense.

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid sales receipt or invoice from Two2Brew is required for all warranty claims.

6. Disclaimer

Two2Brew makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Customers are encouraged to review the specific warranty terms for the brand and product purchased listed in the product listing.

How to Submit Warranty Claim

Please email hello@two2brew.com with the following information:

  • A valid sales receipt or invoice from Two2Brew or order number
  • An image of the information sticker (if applicable)
  • Purchase date & Platform you purchased from
  • Detailed description of the issue
    • Provide images and videos
