Sweet Cream / Cold Foam Recipe

The simplest additions make the biggest impact. Expand your menu by adding a sweet cream or cold foams to top off your beverages.

This easy to make recipe is incredibly versatile and you can easily swap the syrups to create endless flavour profiles!

Ingredients:

Single Serving at Home with frother (1 Serving)

  • 2.5 oz or 5 tbsp whipping cream 
  • 1.5 oz or 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp or pump of syrup

Commercial Setting with Blender (2+ Servings - can be adjusted if needed)

  • 5 oz or 10 tbsp whipping cream 
  • 3 oz or 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp or pumps of syrup

This recipe can be instantly transformed into different flavours by changing your syrup or adding a pinch of spice:

  • Salted Caramel: Use caramel syrup and a pinch of sea salt in the cream.

  • Mocha Dream: Stir in a teaspoon of chocolate sauce.

  • Seasonal Swirl: Try pumpkin spice in the fall or peppermint during the holidays.

  • Nutty Profile: Swap vanilla for hazelnut or toffee nut for a richer finish.
